Dan and I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with a man named Bryan Miller who was baptized today. Daniel actually baptized him and sang at his baptism. It was the first time anyone in the ward had heard him sing, and a lot of people couldn't stop raving about his beautiful voice.
Bryan is awesome! so full of faith and so ready to live a new life. It has strengthened our faith to have him in our home with the missionaries as they taught him some lessons. He was defenitley prepared to accept the gospel at this time and he will be a strong member of the church. Dan and I, along with the other couple in these pictures, will be teaching him the new member discussions, Lucky us. Missionary work is awesome.
These are also some pictures of the group of young women I work with, although a couple are missing. They are good girls. I love the president and other counselor. The other counselor, Carmen (she is the pretty brunette with pale skin) is becoming one of my best friends in the ward--she is totally a spiritual giant. We have a great ward and its wonderful to serve here.
