Well Dan is really bringing home the bacon these days, or should I say the Lobster. We pretty much have freshly caught lobster from the ocean at least once a week now--yep, we are getting our omega 3 fatty acids these days. This is the latest catch that Dan and his buddy Paul Baxter caught. We cooked them up and had a double date night with a lobster dinner and movie afterwards at our house. If I didn't marry Dan I don't think I ever would have thought that sheer pleasure could come from grabbing ugly creatures in the dark ocean and then ripping their tails off and slathering them in butter or coconut oil. Thank you to my ocean hunter husband.
